Mike started Superior Processing in 1992, as a company that would always supply the highest quality in precious metal plating, exclusively serving the PCB industry.  Mike holds an MBA and has extensive experience in metal finishing.  His ability to hire and retain a world-class team with smart skills has made Superior Processing, the leader, year after year.  Mike feels very strongly about re-investing in the company to ensure continuing success and customer satisfaction.

Gordon Simmons
VP of Operations

Gordon has over 30 years experience in the PCB industry working in all phases of manufacturing, engineering and quality.  He has an extensive background in all PCB manufacturing processes start to finish.  As VP of Operations, Gordon brings unique hands on experience and a quality attitude.  He has dealt with a wide spectrum of PCB designs and materials, for both commercial and military products.
